"My mother had to call them 4 times then come up there because they wouldn't answer the phone just to get her policy cancelled. They are quick to sell you something but slow to help you when you need them. Which is why she was even canceling the plan in the first place. We shop local for the perks and friendliness of having a live person but this is not that kind of service."
"We hate to hear you feel your mom had to go through that. Our office is can be busy at times. We try to give our undivided attention to those we have in front of us or on the phone and we return voicemails as soon as we are free. When cancelling a policy there are often times steps that require a signature. Many times our community members like to do that in person vs printing and signing to return. I am grateful your mom was able to come in after we spoke to her to get that taken care of so we could get this handled in a timely manner for her - she was grateful and happy when she left our office and thanked us taking time to help her through the process. If your mom has questions please feel free to have her reach out. We are happy to help "

"I switched a little over a year & half ago because the price for car insurance was cheap. $126 for 2 full coverage vehicles. My next renewal it jumped to $180. I thought ok its just a big rate change. Well, next renewal its $218. I called asking why the increases. I was told my vehicles ages (08 F150 & 2013 explorer) will cost more to repair if an accident does occur. Well the wife got in a accident which was dropped out of court. I knew it would increase because of the claim but now its $400. I was told its % based on the accident. But if they didnt keep increasing my rates it would be manageable. I told them I would be finding another company & it was like they could care less. No "let me see if I can get it reduced" to try & keep my business. Needless to say ive switched. 2 full coverage vehicles with the accident listed & im paying $190 for the next year."

"I went with this agency after my original State Farm agent in Kannapolis passed away and I was assigned one in the University area, I wanted someone closer to home. From day one they started calling me wanting me to come in and sit down to discuss my policy and make changes if needed, I had just made changes with the previous agency on my own accord, I told the lady I was not interested in doing that and to quit calling me, they stopped for about a week then started back again, then the texts and emails started, it’s pure harassment. In all of my adult life being married 35 years I have never had any other agency contact me so much. I just switched again to another agency, we’ll see how this one goes."
"Madelyn, I apologize and assure you that we were definitely not trying to harass you. It is our office practice that when someone moves to our office, we like to get to know our customers and confirm that all contact information, policy coverages, and such are up to date and accurate. We also like to take time to know how you would prefer to be contacted (text, email, phone, etc) so that we can contact you in the way you prefer when something arises. This is all done at the initial Meet & Greet appointment that was offered when you transferred to our office in late December last year from your prior State Farm Agency. We also contact customers when changes are coming to their policy. NC insurance is changing several aspects of insurance coming in July and it seems we were trying to reach you so you wouldn't be surprised when your renewal came out with the new state mandated changes. Our office likes to be proactive and let you know what is happening as soon as we can. We wish you all the best and hope you understand we were just trying to be helpful to you and best serve you and your insurance needs."

"We had a dishwasher stop working and replaced it. A year later we noticed a slope in our kitchen floor. We reported it to Kristina Cooks office. First and foremost Kristina never called us back. We begged her to reach out to us. NO GO! I served for 10 years on a deacon board with her father. It’s easily to see that the apple fell far from the tree. Kristina only cares about how she can get higher/further in life! She is the largest anti-Christian business located in China Grove. Never trust her to have your back!!!!!"
"Brian, the claims adjuster and engineer that came out to inspect the damage, have both reported and have explained to you and your wife, a slow leak over time is not covered by home insurance in NC - that is a maintenance issue. Kristina and her team have spoken to you, your wife and the adjuster on multiple occasions to help get this resolved. The entire team in our office is fully licensed and are willing and able to assist. Please remember our office doesn’t have final say on claims, as that is the decision of our claims team but we are here to serve as a liaison for you to them, which we have done on multiple occasions.
