Kristina was born and raised in Rowan County (Enochville) and is currently a City of Kannapolis Resident. In high school, she was a 3-sport athlete for a local private school and a member of the Cabarrus County 4-H Program. After High school she attended Rowan Cabarrus Community College and Montreat College. When it was time for a career change, she started here locally with State Farm in 2008 and is currently a Kannapolis City Schools Board of Education Member. Public education and Career Path options for students is important to Kristina. To support that passion, she joined the Kannapolis Education Foundation where she is a past chairperson & a current member. Kristina and her family are active members of a local church where they attend and volunteer regularly. Over the past 7+ years, she has volunteered with Cub Scout Pack 254 and Boy Scout Troop 254 that is in Enochville and is a part of the Cannon BSA District. Kristina is also a Notary Public. In 2003, she married a local guy from Landis who is also an NC State Wolfpacker and now they have 2 wonderful teenage boys. They are an AL Brown High School Wonder Family and a new Appalachian State Mountaineer Family!
