She enjoys working in China Grove and loves the small-town feel and friendly people that make our community special. Jennifer is passionate about helping customers feel informed and confident in their coverage, and she takes pride in providing attentive, dependable service every step of the way.
Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys relaxing with a good book and spending time crafting. Customer Relations Representative
Cathie is originally from Lexington, NC and now calls Mount Pleasant home. She loves getting to know the people in our community every day—so we proudly call her our “Director of First Impressions.” After joining our office in 2021, Cathie returned to Cook Insurance & Financial Services Inc. as a Staff Assistant, bringing a friendly, helpful touch to every visit and call.

Lyndsey is an Account Representative at the Kristina Cook State Farm office and a proud NC State University graduate. She grew up in Troutman, NC and now calls Statesville home, and she truly values the close-knit feel of a small community—especially the chance to get to know customers and the stories behind what matters most to them.
Known for her friendly, down-to-earth approach, Lyndsey enjoys helping customers feel confident in their coverage and making the insurance process simple and approachable. She’s licensed to assist with Auto, Home, Business, Life, Health, and Pet insurance needs in North Carolina and South Carolina.
When she’s not in the office, Lyndsey loves baking something sweet and spending time outdoors deer hunting.

Account Associate
Kaitlyn is an Account Associate at Kristina Cook State Farm, licensed to help customers with Auto, Home, Life, Health, Business, Pet, and Bank products across NC, SC, TN, and VA. Originally from Albrightsville, PA, she now calls Kannapolis home and loves building genuine, long-term relationships throughout the community.
Kaitlyn is passionate about making insurance feel approachable—taking time to answer questions, explain options clearly, and help customers choose coverage that fits their goals and lifestyle. Have Advantage & Supplement questions? Kaitlyn is happy to help you understand your options and walk you through the basics. She’s also pursuing a B.B.A. in Marketing at Strayer University.

Account Associate
Kerry is an Account Associate at the Kristina Cook State Farm office. A lifelong North Carolinian, she grew up in Kannapolis and now calls China Grove home—and she loves serving the community she knows so well. Kerry enjoys building relationships with customers and helping make insurance feel simple, clear, and manageable.

Hunter Cook
Marketing Service Assistant
Hunter is our Summer Staff Assistant at the Kristina Cook State Farm office. A Kannapolis, NC native, he attended Appalachian State University (Class of 2026), earning a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Child Development. He enjoys being part of a team that helps people protect what matters most, and he’s excited to support our customers and community throughout the summer.
Outside the office, Hunter loves spending time with friends and getting outdoors for a good hike. This fall, he’ll take the next step in his education as he begins graduate school at NC State University.

Grayson Cook
Marketing Service Assistant
Grayson is a Kannapolis native and A.L. Brown High School graduate, now attending Appalachian State University where he’s triple majoring in Banking & Finance, Insurance & Risk Management, and Accounting. This summer, he’s helping in our office and supporting our local community events. Outside of work, Grayson enjoys downtown Kannapolis, the golf course, and time with family and friends. He also officiates intramural sports at App State.
